Make small big changes in your cumbersome and daily passing life. Take a walk after dinner to the nearby ice cream parlor and enjoy the ice cream.

There is also a small but effective solution


  • If you spend too much time on social media, then there was at least 1 hour every day for a digital detox, during this time keep the phone away and do something creative.


  • What do you like to do? Make a list and start taking some time at least for your interest or hobby. Explain to yourself that being a little selfish is not bad.


  • See, you cannot do everything on your own, so do not hesitate to take help from someone who finds it difficult.

  • Get plenty of sleep. Sleeping late at night and then waking up early in the morning makes you sick and cumbersome. Sleep for 7 - 8 hours, and start the day with freshness.

  • Always cook something new for you and cook for yourself at least 1 time a week for your own choice.
